policies listed on Judy Highfill Studio website.
• I give permission for my child (ten) to participate in Judy Highfill's Art Program.
• In case of an accident, I grant permission for my child(ten) to receive medical treatment, if needed, and authorize the attending medical personnel to administer any necessary medical attention.
• I give permission to Judy to use my child's artwork in exhibitions and online or printed promotional material, printed or online. I understand that my child's name will not be included.
